What type of repairs can you do?
We can repair hot tubs if they are leaking, not heating, not pumping etc
 
Is there a call out cost?
There is a call out cost to visit and examine the hot tub, prices vary on location. the minimum call out is £70

Is there any warranty placed on the repairs
A 1 year parts and labour warranty is applied on repairs

Do you repair inflatable/foam walled hot tubs?
Unfortunately we don't, we only repair solid shell hot tubs

Does the hot tub need to be full of water?
The hot tub must be full of water on arrival, therefore we are able to test parts of the hot tub immediately

How and when do I make payment?
Payment is made on completion, we accept cash or card (via the chip & pin machine) . We do not accept bank transfer or PayPal.
